CRISIS MANAGER showed speed, dueled pace two wide to half, drifted out when confronted nearing the quarter marker, lost the lead at the furlong marker, fought back into the final sixteenth, determinedly prevailed in the final strides. MAIN BEACH rated early, bid three wide far turn, vied upper stretch and floated out at bit at the quarter pole, dug in and took command at mid-stretch, held off foes into the final sixteenth, was bested in the final strides and was clear for the place. MARY'S BOY BOLT sent, dueled pace inside to half, battled into upper stretch, yielded in the drive and held clearly for third. BOLT FROM ABOVE settled to half, gained two wide to upper stretch, flattened out in the lane. HOT PROPERTY took back, tracked three wide to half, outkicked upper, no late rally. CONTRIBUTION tracked inside to half, chased two to three wide upper stretch, weakened drive. MAX S unhurried to half, trailed to quarter, no factor stretch. THE JOCKEY OF MAIN BEACH LODGED AN OBJECTION AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF CRISIS MANAGER, CLAIMING INTERFERENCE AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH. THE STEWARDS DISALLOWED THAT OBJECTION AND RULED THERE WOULD BE NO CHANGE.
