VICTORY PRINCE tracked the early pace between foes, repositioned to be close up behind the leaders in the far turn, shifted out four wide at the top of the stretch and sustained a rally to be up in time. METAIRIE brushed inner foe at the start, settled off the pace six wide, loomed through the far turn to take charge at the top of the stretch, changed lanes towards the inside but got caught late. SEIZE THE WIN was rated four to five wide, cued in the far turn and looked to split foes at the quarter but couldn't get through, chased on down the stretch. AYDEN'S EDGE broke alertly, surrendered the early lead before the first turn and opted to stalk the pace, moved up to contest the lead in the far turn, flattened out in the stretch. CLEARLY ARTEMUS settled off the pace, lost some ground in the first turn, settled in the two path up the backstretch, navigated traffic in the upper stretch to make improvements. VON ERICH was off slowly, trailed four wide through the first turn, took to the far outside entering the stretch, brushed lightly with LIL CENTRAL at the three sixteenths, passed tiring foes. LIL CENTRAL settled off the pace, moved up between foes in the far turn, brushed with VON ERICH at the three sixteenths, had no more to give in the stretch. MUSICAL BAND chased the early pace, backed off through the far turn, failed to respond to any encouragement in the stretch. NIPPIT settled off the pace, got in tight entering the first turn and took a slight hold, trailed until passing retreating foe in the stretch. CODE OF PARAPLUIE brushed outer foe at the start, rushed to the lead before the first turn, continued up the backstretch until coming under pressure through the far turn, faded fast down the stretch.
