FURIO broke alertly to take charge, dictated the terms of the race throughout, kept to task down the stretch for a firm finish. HONKY TONK HIGHWAY tracked between rivals up the backstretch, repositioned along the inside through the turn, shifted out to make a late run at the leader but was held at bay. FULLY VOLATILE tracked the pace four wide, moved up through the turn to be close up to the leader at the quarter, flattened out down the stretch. DEMOLITION DUKE opted to be the early trailer, angled out five wide entering the stretch, passed tiring foe. SCAT FREE pressed the pace in the early staged in the two path, backed off the leader entering the stretch, weakened then on. SAVE THE TREES was rated between foes three wide in the early stages, backed off through the turn to trail by the quarter.
