HE'S LATE AGAIN off slow leaving the gate, settled to the backstretch, angled five to six wide upper stretch, responded well to the final sixteenth, got up in time to prevail. LETMIKEFIGUREITOUT showed speed, pressed the pace to the quarter marker, took command and kicked clear inside the furlong marker, held sway to deep stretch, nailed for the win, clear for second. SIPPIN ON GIN settled outside, coaxed four wide to the half, asked six to seven wide upper stretch, closed willingly late, up for third. KENMORE WEST settled, coaxed three wide to the half, shifted out and chased four to five wide into the stretch, outkicked in the final sixteenth, just missed for third. MANGUM forward early, tracked inside to the half-mile, angled three wide upper stretch, no late kick. COSMIC TRAIN off step slow, trailed to the backstretch, weaved through foes to the final sixteenth, found best stride late. BENOIT sent, set prompted pace to the half-mile, overtaken at the quarter marker, gave way stretch. TDZSHININLUCKYSTAR rated off early pace, settled inside to the backstretch, lacked a response at the quarter marker, no threat late. HIGHLAND CREEK settled in the flight, tracked two wide and between rivals along the backstretch, asked four wide upper stretch, tired in the drive.
