Supplemental nominations of $2,000 will be accepted at time of entry which shall include all fees. $100,000 Guarant eed of which 60% to the winner, 20% to second, 11% to third, 6% to fourth and 3% to fifth. Weight: Three Year Olds 122 lbs. Older 124 lbs. Non-winners of a Sweepstakes in 2025 allowed 2 lbs., $15,000 twice since June 22, 2025, allowed 4 lbs. One such race since then allowed 6 lbs. (Maiden and Claiming Races Not Considered in Allowances) Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. The Andrew Ney Memorial Stakes will be limited to fourteen (14) starters. First preference to stak es winners, second preference to horses that have accumulated the highest total earnings in 2025 and then horses with the highest lifetime earnings. Any horse excluded from running because of the aforementioned preference shall be refunded the entry fee o r supplementary nomination fee if applicable. NOT ON HERB pressed the early pace from the two path, moved up to duel with rival in the stretch, edged clear in the final sixteenth. GEAUX SUGAR showed good early speed along the inside, challenged by rival at the quarter but ultimately gave way at the sixteenth, held for the place award. EL DINERO was a step slow at the start, rapidly gained position three wide through the turn to stalk the pace at the quarter, held at bay by the winner. STRONG PROMISE tracked the pace two to three deep from the inside, finished evenly. DAPPER MOON broke through the gate before the start, settled off the pace before the turn, passed tired rivals in the stretch. MACHO BEANIE opted to race in the middle of the pack, began to weaken around the quarter pole. SMASH IT tracked the early pace four wide, retreated at the quarter. LATE SEPTEMBER trailed throughout, no factor.
