PAVING settled back to be the early trailer, angled out six wide at the quarter to begin a rally, bumped by LUV YOUR NEIGHBOR in the final sixteenth, got up just in time. LUV YOUR NEIGHBOR settled off the pace between rivals, launched a four wide bid at the three sixteenths, bumped by UNFAITHFUL ROSE at the sixteenth to be carried into PAVING, finished gamely. UNFAITHFUL ROSE tracked the early pace three wide, moved up to duel in the upper stretch, took sole command in the final furlong, drifted out to bump LUV YOUR NEIGHBOR at the sixteenth, got nailed in the final few strides. SPECIAL SAUCE showed good early speed, was challenged to duel with foe in the upper stretch, yielded at the eighth and faded. COLLECTIVE BEAUTY raced off the pace three wide, failed to menace. FINAL SHIPMAN sat nicely behind the pace on the inside, retreated at the quarter, eased across.
