STARRY EYED swiftly took the lead to set an uncontested pace, kept on task through the finish. ANGELIC KNIGHT tracked the pace from the inside, backed off at the half to angle out three wide through the turn, improved for the place award. FINAL HALF stalked the pace three wide, unable to keep up with the leader in the stretch, weakened to third. CUSTOM CADILLAC settled off the pace before the turn, improved position along the inside of the stretch. CESIUM trailed for the first half, took towards the outside of the stretch to close willingly. LOUISIANA WILDLIFE was positioned in the middle of the pack, weakened in the stretch. SILENT BREEZE raced off the pace, made no impact. GOLD THIEF found the middle of the pack early before backing off the pace through the turn and stretch. ANACREON tracked the early pace between rivals, began a slow retreat in the turn before trailing at the eighth.
