Footnotes
BUILT tracked the pace four wide, moved up to stalk the pace through the turn, took command at the quarter and kept on. SAVE THE TREES sat behind the pace, backed off in the turn, rallied in the stretch three wide but was held at bay. HONKY TONK HIGHWAY raced not too far off the pace, entered the stretch five wide, got up for the show award. ISLAND CRUISER trailed shortly after the start, improved position along the outside of the stretch. BRODEUR pressed the early pace, led briefly at the three eighths before giving way to BUILT at the quarter, faded in the stretch. CULTIVATE took command shortly after the start, relinquished the lead at the three eighths, faded in the stretch. CARAMBASO broke a beat slow, moved up along the inside before becoming headstrong around the seven sixteenths, backed off to trail entering the stretch.
