TO THE CHIEF settled off the pace, angled out five wide at the three sixteenths to show an impressive rally to be up by the sixteenth, switched leads at the sixteenth to kick clear. WIZARD OF YESTER chased the early pace, closed through the turn to take charge at the quarter, opened up a few lengths in the upper stretch, grudgingly gave way to driving foe at the sixteenth. SOMEKINDA MISCHIEF found position around the middle of the pack, got up for the show award. SPIELMAN settled off the pace, improved position in the stretch. LEMON SOHN trailed for most, passed tired rivals in the stretch. MAZILYNN showed good early speed, conceded the lead at the quarter, retreated in the stretch. FAITH'S SPIRIT had a bit of an awkward start, tracked the pace three deep, retreated in the stretch.
