LEBOWSKI found position around the middle of the pack, split foes a the three sixteenths and surged to the front by the eighth, held firm. TREVAGGIO raced four wide not too far off the pace, angled out seven wide to rally in the final furlong but needed more. CONTRIBUTION settled off the pace, weaved a path through traffic in the stretch to get up for the show award. DRILLING FOR GOLD went five wide through the first turn, tracked the pace three wide up the backstretch, closed some ground in the far turn to stalk the pace, had no closing bid. MARCUS GIFT set a pressured pace from the inside, continued on until giving way at the final furlong. BOSUN rated between rivals behind the pace in the early stages, backed up off the pace, showed a mild rally late through traffic. ARTHUR'S COURT pressed the early pace between foes, opted to sit behind the pace after the first turn, tipped out six wide in the stretch but came up empty. CUSTOM'S CLEARED settled off the pace, trailed in the upper stretch, passed tiring rivals in the final sixteenth. HAMLIN shadowed the early pace from the inside, faded in the final furlong. HIGHSTAKES HUSTLER trailed through the first turn, moved up off the pace, made no impact. LUCKY MISCHIEF trailed after the first turn, never threatened. WESTERN RUN stalked the early pace three wide, retreated in the final furlong.
