ABOUT TO SET SAIL tracked the early pace, loomed five wide through the turn to take command shortly after the quarter, drew clear to be much the best. MY ROYAL PRINCESS settled back to be the early trailer, took towards the outside at the quarter to pass foes, ducked in a few paths at the three sixteenths, finished well to earn the place award. PLATINUMUS MAXIMUS moved up to stalk the pace three wide through the turn, dueled briefly in the upper stretch before giving way, weakened to third late. WICKEDLY ROYAL broke swiftly to set the early pace, came under pressure through the turn, faded soon after the quarter. BROADWAY STAR bobbled slightly at the start, raced off the pace, passed tiring foes in the stretch. SWEET MORGAN LEIGH moved up to press the pace between rivals, backed up a couple lengths closing out the turn, angled towards the outside of the stretch but came up empty. DELIGHTFUL HALO was rated along the inside not too far behind the pace, weakened in the stretch, failed to menace. SASSI SKY found position around the middle of the pack between rivals, retreated to trail at the quarter.
