NEXT LEVEL moved up to track the pace three wide, dueled with rivals down the stretch, got up in time. GLEN AIRY shadowed the early pace, launched a three wide bid at the quarter to duel between foes, rubbed shoulders with INTERLOCK EMPIRE, finished gamely. INTERLOCK EMPIRE moved up to press the early pace, led briefly in the far turn before dueling in the upper stretch, rubbed shoulders with GLEN AIRY and gave way. SPACE showed good early speed, came under pressure up the backstretch, relinquished the lead at the three eighths, faded in the stretch. HEY BOSS settled back to be the trailer, passed tired foe. TEXAS SPLURGE raced off the pace, weakened to last in the stretch. HARD TO FATHOM found position in the middle of the pack, checked hard before clipping heels at the three quarters and lost rider, walked off. STEWARDS INQUIRY REGARDING THE LOST RIDER OF HARD TO FATHOM RESULTED IN NO CHANGE.
