IMMORTALISED (FR) raced in range three wide around the first turn, bid three deep rounding the far turn, reached even terms near the quarter pole, dueled outside of RUNNING ON TIME from there to the wire and prevailed. RUNNING ON TIME set the pace along the rail, was headed by the winner near the quarter pole, fought on inside to the wire and just missed in a game try. NICKEL C settled off the pace while racing three wide, edged closer three wide around the far turn and kept on for the show without threatening the top two in the lane. URGENCY steadied entering the first turn, saved ground in range, checked early on the backstretch, went two wide between foes around the far turn, angled out in upper stretch and stayed on for a minor share. DR. JEKYLL pressed the pace two wide and weakened in the lane. WOODSTER failed to menace while racing three and four wide. ANTONINO was outrun inside. RUDI saved ground off the pace, swung out in upper stretch and never threatened. RULES OF THE ROAD broke a bit slowly and was in tight soon after, raced well back two wide, was ridden along four wide near the three-eighths pole and had no response. BEST ARTIST was hard held inside and faded after a half.
