SURPRISE ENDING was allowed to settle early two to three wide, advanced three to four wide on the far turn and swung out six wide leaving the turn and closed well to get up late to prove best under a drive. HONFLEUR was settled early on the inside under a good hold, continued to save ground on the far turn, swung pout to three wide and then finished well in the two path and led late but was out-kicked by the winner late and had to settle for being second best. ON TIME DELIVERY was reserved early on the inside and unhurried, advanced in the two path on the far turn and came four wide into the lane with run, blocked nearing the furlong marker and angled in for racing room and closed fast late gaining the show award on the wire. LAST CURTAIN CALL was allowed to settle on the inside on the first turn, advanced two to three wide on the far turn and came four wide into the lane, angled out by the three sixteenths marker and rallied well but lost the show award on the wire. CAT ISLAND tracked the early pace and made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole to vie for command into the lane, continued on to the furlong marker but weakened in the final sixteenth. FRAUDSTER tracked the early leader two wide and made a two wide bid on the far turn to vie for the lead in between rivals by the quarter pole, then continued to the furlong marker but weakened in the final sixteenth. MOHAWK MOON was reserved early, two to three wide on the turn and came four wide into the lane but had no rally. PRECLUDE (IRE) was off slowly and settled back on the inside while a bit green and never threatened. SUGAR DOLL was keen early and set the early pace, then drew out on the backside on the inside, then was headed by the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. CLEAN WINNER was reserved early three wide and continued on the outside and was roused four wide by the quarter pole but had no response.
