Footnotes
GLANCING MY WAY set the pace from the inside and then was pressured by KATE THE SMATE approacing the quarter pole and moved out to the four path leaving the turn and sent down for the drive, dug in gamely to hold that rival off to prove best under a strong drive. KATE THE SMATE prompted the pace and made a two wide bid to press the winner by the quarter pole, floated out to the five path leaving the turn and fought on to the wire but could not get by the winner while saving the place. NACHO PROBLEM was well rated early and raced in the two path on the turn, came four wide off the bend and then moved in by the furlong marker and was slowly gaining late but needed more. DOLCE VINO was bumped a few times after the start, then settled and saved ground on the turn, eased out midway on the turn and came four to five wide off the bend and had a mild late rally. LUCKY ESTHER was reserved early, saved ground on the turn and cut the corner leaving the turn and had a mild late kick. BELLA JAK was away alertly and settled on the outside and raced three to five wide on the turn and had no serious rally. MARIETTE chased the early pace and then was three wide on the turn and checked in between rivals by the quarter pole and weakened. THE PACKAGE bumped DOLCE VINO repeatedly after the break and then steadied slightly and trailed early then failed to menace.
