Footnotes
BANKER'S JET set the pace along the rail and held firm under a drive. FAZZONE settled off the early pace two wide, moved up outside down the backstretch, prompted the winner two wide around the far turn and was unable to get by that foe while holding clear of the rest. WIN STREET raced off the pace three wide, advanced three wide around the far turn, had aim in upper stretch but flattened out in the final furlong. THREE CHEERS raced off the pace two wide and never threatened. SKIP FORWARD (JPN) saved ground off the pace, was hard ridden to keep up around the far turn, angled out in upper stretch and lacked a closing bid. SURFER'S JOY prompted the winner two wide for a half then retreated inside around the far turn. IMPONENTE trailed thorughout.
