Footnotes
CALATHEA set the pace along the inside and drew away leaving the five sixteenths and then was kept to right handed pressure to prove best. Z TRAIN (IRE) was well rated early two to three wide and made a three wide move leaving the five sixteenths and ran willingly but had to settle for being clearly second best. EQUITAS was three wide into the first turn, stalked the winner two wide and faded the final quarter of a mile while besting the rest. ANNIE GOODBODY was allowed to settle early on the inside, two wide by the quarter pole and came three wide into the lane but had no rally. ACHERON was hard held on the rail while tracking the leader but tired.
