HER TOWN settled off the pace along the inside, cut the corner into the lane, took over nearing the eighth pole and drew clear under a drive. BLUEBERRY HILL chased the pace three wide, bid between foes in upper stretch, was no match for the winner but kept on for the place. AMERICAN PEARL tracked the pace four wide and was one-paced through the lane. COOEY set a clear pace in the two path and tired in the stretch. FROSTED DREAMS failed to menace while racing two and three wide. ARAMI'S FACTOR checked near the half-mile pole and dropped back.
