Footnotes
LYNN'S MILKY WAY stalked the pace four wide, moved to the front nearing the quarter pole, kicked clear soon after and held clear under a drive. NIC'S STYLE settled off the pace in the two path, angled five wide near the quarter pole and rallied outside to gain the place. TALIESIN prompted the pace three wide, could not keep pace with the winner from the quarter pole and kept on for the show. SING A LITTLE SONG broke slowly, raced well back in the two path and never threatened. SHE'S MY LADY LUCK pressed the pace two wide and tired after a half. RUMOURS HAVE IT set a pressured pace along the rail, gave way near the five-sixteenths pole then checked while tiring near the quarter pole.
