LOSMASTIX was settled early towards the outside after not breaking alertly, made a four wide move on the turn to be in range and then loomed boldly outside the leader by the furlong marker and drove clear nearing the sixteenth marker and won going away to prove best. ROAD MISCHIEF chased the early pace on the inside and then moved out to the two path and made a bid leaving the turn but could not go with the winner while gaining the place award. BEAU BLACK sprinted clear and set the early pace in the two path, dropped to the inside on the turn and remained clear off the turn but was engaged in the furlong grounds and weakened while saving the show award late. JOSH READY tracked the pace three to two wide and had no late kick in the lane. MY FOOLISH NOTION was outrun early, two to three wide on the turn, came four wide into the lane and had a belated rally but needed more. BETHEL ROAD was outrun early, three to four wide on the turn and came five wide into the lane but lacked a solid rally. STARR OF JERICHO was settled two wide and lacked a rally. VAN CLEEF chased the early pace on the inside and was ridden along but was dropping back and then rider pulled up nearing the furlong marker and walked off.
