HILLBILLY BOB set the pace in the two path, continued on the left lead in the lane and held well to preserve the place. MR. COLOSSAL saved ground off the pace, swung four wide near the quarter pole an gained the show late. MESSAGE OF HOPE (IRE) chased the pace two and three wide and lacked a closing bid. GOVERNING PARTY tracked the pace inside, made a rail bid into the far turn, reached near even terms around the bend, vied inside to midstretch then weakened. PEPPERMINT MAN prompted the pace in the three path, checked near the quarter pole and retreated.
