Footnotes
CALATHEA showed the way while clear and was well rated on the front end, raced in the two path on the far turn and was sent down leaving the turn and maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best. MARY MARGUERITE stalked the winner throughout three wide, made a bid leaving the turn but came in nearing the furlong marker, then was corrected and moved back out and kept on willingly but had to settle for being second best. Z TRAIN (IRE) chased the pace three to four wide and came five wide into the lane and had no late kick while gaining the show award. PLAGNE CHAMPAGNE was five wide into the first turn and had outside pursuit and improved to gain the last spot in the superfecta. BERTRILLE chased the pace along the inside and made a mild rail bid by the quarter pole but flattened out in the final furlong. MOM'S MARTINI was four wide into the first turn, settled early and had a three to four wide trip but lacked a rally. NORTH END LADY was settled early, raced on the inside to the two path on the far turn but had no rally. EVELYN LOUISE chased the pace two to three wide and tired.
