GRANDE set the pace in the two path, was headed by PRAETOR near the three-eighths pole, pressed that rival from the inside from there, was herded in nearing the sixteenth pole then battled back at the rail to prove best late. PRAETOR stalked the pace in the three path, took over near the three-eighths pole, led outside of the winner from there to deep stretch and was outgamed late. X Y PRIME raced off the early pace outside, moved into a clear third in the four path around the turn, was no match for the top two in the lane and bested the rest. MAGNA TIME chased the early pace inside, angled three wide entering the turn and had no further bids. FORTY N FIVE had early speed outside and retreated four wide around the turn. UNCLECHARLIESGIFT was outrun while racing two wide. BACK EM UP disputed the early pace inside and was through after a half.
