TOMASELLO vied for the early lead on the inside and then rated back off the pace and tracked the leaders from the inside, eased off the inside by the quarter pole and came five wide off the turn to make a bid and drove clear nearing the sixteenth marker to prove best. HORSEPOWER was four wide into the first turn and stalked the pace from the outside, then made a three wide bid to go on even terms nearing the quarter pole, came four wide off the turn and took over and then was confronted by the winner leaving the furlong marker and could not go with that rival while saving the place award. CLASSIC MO TOWN was allowed to settle on the inside, then was two wide on the far turn and moved to the inside leaving the furlong marker and finished well on the rail to just miss the place award. PALAZZI was rated on the outside and made a four wide move on the far turn and came five wide into the lane but was one pace in the lane. BRAWN was reserved early, split rivals by nearing the quarter pole and swung out six wide leaving the turn and had a belated rally. PREVENT vied for the lead outside and then went on to set the pace in the two path, headed nearing the quarter pole and weakened in the lane. CIAO CHUCK vied for the early lead in between rivals, then rated back to track the pace three wide but tired in the lane. HADES chased the pace four to five wide and tired. IRON HAND chased the pace along the inside and saved ground throughout but was empty in the final furlong.
