Footnotes
SANSONE was well rated three wide drafting behind the vying leads, moved out nearing the five sixteenths to make a five wide move, ranged up on MIZZOU leaving the turn and was given one pop left handed with the crop leaving the three sixteenths and responded well to take over and draw off in the final furlong while being ridden out to the wire. MIZZOU pressed the pace from the outside and was five wide entering the turn and made a four wide bid by the three eighths marker and led by the quarter pole, then was engaged by the winner off the turn and proved to be no match for that rival while clearly second best. LUZ DE GUIA pressed the pace two wide and then vied for the lead in between rivals by the three furlong marker and fought on two wide leaving the turn and was on the left lead by the sixteenth marker but ran on to claim the show award. NOBLE SKY pressed the pace three wide and made a three wide bid to vie for command three wide in between rivals leaving the three eighths marker but weakened in the lane. SAUGEEN was off slowly, raced greenly while trailed and was three to four wide on the turn, came seven wide into the lane and was not a threat. WHEELHOUSE pressed the early pace four wide and in between rivals, fell back nearing the three eighths marker and weakened. RUNAWAY ROCKET rushed up the inside to set a pressured pace on the rail but faltered.
