WAR WARRIOR saved ground in range, tipped two wide nearing the quarter pole, seized command in midstretch and drew clear under a drive. WAR TO REMEMBER stalked the pace two and three wide, was no match for the winner but kept on to gain the place. VINO'S VALENTINE settled off the pace three and four wide and ran on to gain the show late. SO GRAND set the pace along the rail to midstretch and weakened. MULLY'S MOON failed to menace while racing three wide. FREEDOM STREET broke a step slow, raced in range inside, tipped two wide in upper stretch, continued on the left lead in the lane and faded. RAMBLIN BETTS steadied near the seven-sixteenths pole, raced three wide and never threatened. DISTINGUISHED GENT was outrun inside. HOW ABOUT IT played no factor while racing four wide. FOUR BEACH FRIENDS never threatened while racing two wide.
