Footnotes
ROCK THE STARS was pinched back at the start, trailed inside early, advanced five wide around the far turn, closed outside and was up in the final strides. HONESTO bumped at the start, raced off the pace four wide, advanced outside down the backstretch, edged closer four wide around the far turn, gained steadily through the stretch, reached the front late but was narrowly outkicked. WINOOSKI saved ground in range, bid at the rail in upper stretch, vied to the wire and just missed. SHINIGAMI set the pace along the rail, drifted a bit turning for home, vied to deep stretch and was outfinished between foes. NAVY CROSS bumped at the start, pressed the pace two wide to upper stretch and faded. BOLD ADVANCE stalked the pace three wide and tired in the drive. NEVER SAY NEVER failed to menace while racing three wide.
