STAR ACTRESS tracked the early pace from the inside, then moved out to the two path down the backside and was in between rivals by the half mile marker, then went up to vie for command between rivals entering the far turn and made a two wide bid leaving the turn to gain a short lead by the furlong marker and then was clear and held off SONG OF SARAH to prove best. SONG OF SARAH was hard held and rated between rivals on the first turn, then settled down the backside and advanced on the inside on the far turn, eased out by the quarter pole and came three wide off the turn and ran on gamely to the wire but could not get to the winner while clearly second best. WIRETAPPED set a pressured pace on the inside and then dueled with the winner by the quarter pole and weakened in the final furlong, bested rest. SQUANDER was off a step slow and stalked the pace four wide and tired. CONCILIATION bobbled at the start, recovered and went up to press the pace three wide and came under a ride leaving the five sixteenths and tired.
