SHIPMATE was away alertly and showed the way early and then relented and prompted the pace two wide, came two wide off the turn and bumped with THROCKMORTON by the three sixteenths marker, then dueled with that rival by the sixteenth marker to the wire and prevailed under a drive. THROCKMORTON bumped with a rival at the start, tracked the pace along the rail and waited leaving the turn for racing room, moved out and bumped with the winner by the three sixteenths, got out and made a two wide bid to duel with the winner by the sixteenth marker and missed. INTRICATE SPIRIT was rated along and made a three wide bid leaving the turn but needed more late. CASSON was settled early and three wide on the turn and came four wide into the lane and had a mild late kick. MONSTER bumped with a rival at the start, rushed up the inside and set the pace on the rail, shook clear leaving the turn but came up empty in the final sixteenth. EXPRESSWAY was settled early towards the inside, moved out to the two path on the turn and swung out five wide leaving the turn but had no rally. ARBITER steadied at the start and settled towards the outside, three to four wide on the turn and swung out six wide leaving the turn but had no rally. I C LIGHT chased the pace two wide and weakened.
