Footnotes
WEAREBACKYOUNGMAN broke out and bumped a rival at the start, set the pace in the two path and shook away on the turn, then maintained a clear lead in the lane under all out crop pressure. PROJECT PAT stalked the winner three wide andf kept on to the wire but had to settle for being second best. LUZ DE GUIA was allowed to settle along the rail, raced on the inside to the two path on the turn and had a late rally on the inside to gain the show award. HOLY DANCER was settled back early and trailed, swung out five wide leaving the turn and showed some late interest gaining the last spot in the superfecta. WHEELHOUSE was climbing leaving the chute, then chased the pace and was three to four wide on the turn and came five wide off the turn but had no late punch. TELLNOTALES was off slow and bumped, reserved early and three wide on the turn but lacked the needed winning bid. NOBLE SKY was settled early two to three wide, three to four wide on the turn and came widest into the lane but lacked a late response. BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL prompted the early pace and then dropped to the rail entering the turn and stopped.
