MORE APPLAUSE raced in the four path around the first turn, tracked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, challenged coming around the turn, entered the stretch on the rail and drew off from there. COME ON POPPI saved ground early, chased the leader on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the far bend from the two path and could not go with the winner in the stretch but kept on after that rival to the finish. TIGER EYE PEARL bumped with the horse to his inside leaving the gate, raced in the two path around the first turn, settled off the pace for the run up the backstretch, continued around the far turn still in the two path and made up some ground in the stretch. BOMBS AWAY bumped with the horse to his outside at the start, raced in the three path around the first bend, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, saved ground around the second turn and was empty in the lane. KISS ME FOR LUCK raced in the three path around the first turn, led the way up the backstretch, dropped back while saving ground around the far turn and tired further in the stretch. RIVER BLOSSOM trailed the field throughout, saving ground around the turns and was never a factor.
