FINAL PAYMENT pressed the early pace and then went up to duel for command two wide on the turn and made a bid leaving the turn to gain a short lead and then slowly edged away to prove best under a drive. RIPTON'S MUSIC set a pressured pace early on the inside and then dueled with the winner on the turn and fought on to the wire but had to settle for being second best. FRIOLENTO chased the pace along the inside and swung out four wide and kept on but needed more. RELATOR stalked the pace three wide and weakened. SIMO was off slowly, chased the pace three wide and was ridden along on the turn and weakened. MY GREAT ILLUSION was settled back early and failed to menace.
