Footnotes
FLY ERIK FLY prompted the pace two wide and made a three wide bid to duel for command nearing the quarter pole and then drew clear in the final furlong to prove best under a drive. ALLEY OOP JOHNNY set the pace on the inside and then dueled with the winner to the furlong marker but could not keep on with that rival while saving the place award. BRIGADE COMMANDER was allowed to settle early and advanced two wide by the quarter pole but needed a winning bid while missing the place award. SPACE LAUNCH stalked the pace three wide and came four wide into the lane but faded in the drive. NOBLE TIGER was reserved on the inside and two wide on the far turn but lacked a solid rally. SEAVER was off slowly, and raced three to four wide and weakened in the lane. SELECTO was settled back on the outside and raced four wide but failed to menace. CITIZEN K chased the pace on the inside but tired.
