Footnotes
SWAMP FOX tracked leaders two to three wide, made a bid leaving the turn and slowly edged clear in the final sixteenth while drifting out late to prove best under a drive. SECRET POWER was reserved early, advanced four to five wide on the far turn and closed well on the far outside gaining the place award late. MY FOOLISH NOTION vied for the lead in between rivals on the first turn, then went on and dueled for command on the inside down the backside and to the furlong marker, then won the duel and led briefly but faded late while saving the show award. GLOBECREST was settled three wide and raced four wide on the far turn while racing one pace, then had a mild late rally but needed more while missing the show award. WINE MONEY vied for the lead four wide on the first turn, then dueled for command two wide to the furlong marker but weakened. ONE BID was reserved on the inside and raced two wide on the far turn and came three wide into the lane but offered no serious rally. UNCLE ZEB vied for the lead on the inside and then checked nearing the six furlong peg and then chased the pace from the inside and weakened.
