Footnotes
SPEED CONTROL hit the gate leaving at the start, reserved early and made a four wide move nearing the quarter pole, came six wide into the lane and edged clear in the final furlong to prove best under a drive. BROTHER BRAD was off a step slow, tracked the pace along the inside and raced in the two path on the turn and was boxed by the quarter pole, swung out four wide leaving the turn and made a bid but was out-kicked by the winner while being second best. BLUE SLIDE PARK pressed the pace and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole to go on even terms to the furlong marker but faded late. OUTLAW COUNTRY tracked the pace three wide and was in contention between rivals by the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane but had no late punch. ANTILLEAN set a pressured pace and saved ground on the turn and then dueled off the turn but weakened in the final sixteenth. JONNY QUIST chased the pace two wide and dropped back on the turn, tired.
