Footnotes
WHO'S THE KING bumped at the start, advanced inside down the backstretch, dueled inside around the turn, drew off in upper stretch and widened while ridden out. VALUED CAJUN stalked the pace three wide, bid near the quarter pole, could not match strides with the winner in upper stretch but kept on to gain the place. TAPARINO raced off the pace outside, advanced five wide around the far turn and was along for the show. PRACTICALLY DARK was bumped at the start, set the pace two wide and weakened in the drive. STREET EARNINGS broke slowly then was crowded early, saved ground and never threatened. SHOW BOAT had speed four wide and faltered nearing the quarter pole. FOURTY FOUR had only brief speed three wide. AWESOME TRAIN was outrun while racing four wide.
