Footnotes
GRAND MO THE FIRST prompted the pace on the outside and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole to gain a short lead, moved in leaving the turn and then drifted out in the lane while clear and held safe late to prove best under a drive. AWESOME TRAIN was void of early speed and raced in the three path on the turn and swung out six wide leaving the turn and closed well moving in by the sixteenth marker but had to settle for being second best. CADET CORPS was reserved three wide, advanced five wide by the quarter pole and made a five wide bid leaving the turn but flattened out in the final furlong while besting the rest. SPECIAL SESSION was reserved early towards the inside, moved out to make a four wide run nearing the quarter pole but weakened in the lane. CON COMPANIA (CHI) set a pressured pace on the inside and then was headed and passed nearing the quarter pole and then came up empty in the lane. FLYING LIAM pressed the pace two wide and fell back leaving the five sixteenths and stopped.
