MY BOY STAR was away alertly and soon clear to set the pace in the two path, remained clear off the turn and drifted out through the lane while remaining clear to prove best under crop urging. ROCKIES BALBOA stalked the pace from the outside and made a three wide bid to loom boldly off the turn but hung in the final furlong while saving the place award. SWEEPING SHADOW was well placed on the inside and rode the rail on the turn, made a inside bid leaving the turn but needed more while saving the show award. DICIASSETTE was reserved early, two wide on the turn and had a late kick to just miss the show award. LANGVAD took up briefly at the start, then chased the pace and made a four to five wide run on the turn but had no late punch. TRELAWNY chased the pace on the outside and was four to five wide on the turn and weakened. MAYKOMOTION prompted the pace three wide and then was empty the final quarter of a mile. WOOTUN chased the pace on the inside and weakened.
