Footnotes
HERE COMES LEO bumped at the start, went up to contest the early pace outside of BEAU HUSH, chased that rival while between runners nearing the quarter marker, swung to the three path to upper stretch, closed determinedly into the drive, wore down BEAU HUSH late and proved best. BEAU HUSH hustled away from the gate, showed good speed and assumed early command, dictated terms from the inside heading into the turn, dug in from the two path into upper stretch, led to the furlong grounds then met the bid of HERE COMES LEO, was bested by the winner in deep stretch and was clear of the rest for the place. WIN N JUICE vied for the early lead then took back, tracked the pace from the inside heading into the turn, waited for racing room nearing the top of the lane, kept an inside path to the stretch then was caught in a bit tight into the lane, angled out at the furlong grounds, was outkicked by the top two in the final sixteenth and held clearly for the show. NOT NOW NICK broke in at the start and bothered inner rival, chased the early pace from between runners, ran in pursuit two then three wide nearing the quarter, swung to the four path into upper stretch, needed more into the final sixteenth and flattened out. QUEEN KONG lunged at the break then bothered inner rival at the start, settled to the turn, swung widest to upper stretch and passed tiring foes late. VALUE INTHE CLOUDS bumped and bothered at the start, settled off of the early pace while never far back, caught in traffic nearing the quarter marker, found room to upper stretch then did not offer the needed late response. KAZOOZA bobbled then crowded at the start and off slowly, settled and trailed to the turn, saved ground to the quarter marker, no final bid in the stretch. MAJESTIC NOIR tracked the early pace from the second flight, chased four to five wide nearing the quarter pole, lacked the needed response to upper stretch, gave way in the drive.
