Footnotes
THE GOLDEN GORILLA stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path, kicked clear in the stretch and held off a closer late. INSURMOUNTABLE trailed the field up the backstretch, swung out to the four path coming around the turn, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. LUZ DE GUIA bumped with the horse to his inside at the start, race off the pace early, saved ground around the bend and made up some ground in the lane. R DELRAY bumped with the horse to his outside at the start, recovered to duel from the three path up the backstretch and around the turn, and was outkicked in the stretch. KEEP ON MOVING dueled on the inside through the opening quarter, continued to battle while saving ground around the turn and faded in the lane. TO THE MAX tracked the leaders between horses up the backstretch, began to drop back while saving ground around the turn and continued to tire from there.
