Footnotes
ZOLENE set the pace and moved over to the inside while clear and then drew off leaving the turn and then was kept to mild pressure while switching back to the left lead in the final furlong to prove much the best. FIRE ON THE WIRE chased the early pace and was in tight nearing the three eights marker and then moved out to be four wide by the quarter pole and came five wide into the lane and ran on to gain the place award to be second best. MIMI WILLY chased the early pace and made a three wide bid nearing the quarter pole but flattened out while staying on for the show award. VANISHING WISH was off a step slow and settled on the outside, four to five wide on the turn and had a belated rally. STARSHIP VENGEANCE was a bit in tight at the break, settled towards the inside and passed the tiring rivals. CHERI CHERI LADY tracked the pace on the rail and weakened in the lane. MUST BE THE SHOES tracked the pace two to three wide and was in between rivals by the quarter pole and weakened.
