HAPPY RIDE set a clear early pace, went four wide through the turn, was never challenged, kept late and was best. JOKES UP tracked the early pace, advanced six wide through the turn, followed the winner home and was second best. MUSICAL DESIGN was reserved early, went seven wide out of the turn and offered a mild late gain. ROXY was outrun early, raced eight wide out of the turn and finished belatedly. LUCY'S COOKIE was allowed to settle early from the inside and flattened out. AERIALIST followed the early pace, raced five wide and weakened. VAYESTA was outrun early, saved ground and offered no rally. DRUM ROLL was unhurried early from the inside, angled out and never fired.
