Footnotes
CROSS HASTE broke running from the rail, set a pressured pace up the backstretch and into the turn, shook clear when straightened for home and pulled away under a moderate hand ride to win ridden out. KINETIC STONE vied early while outside the winner and between horses, continued to press into and through the turn, proved no match through the stretch, clearly second best. ETENDRE within striking distance of the leaders while out in the strip, came four wide for the drive, mild interest to pick up the show and finish best of the rest. HOLY STICK (CHI) lacked speed early outside, raced four to five wide through the turn, continued one paced down the lane. ACE VENTURA (CHI) behind the lead pack early off the inside, continued to pursue in the three path through the turn, had little left for the stretch run, weakened. PRINCE DAVID lacked early, foot, made little impact in racing off the inside. SPEIGHT'SPERCOMETE last to leave, trailed throughout in failing to ever menace.
