Footnotes
CROSS HASTE set a pressured early pace along the inside and held gamely to edge clear late under all out pressure. PRINCE DAVID under a hard early chase, raced from the inside through the far turn, eased out four wide into the upper stretch and finished gamely to the wire. HOLY STICK (CHI) stalked the top pair racing in hand, took aim on Cross Haste three wide near the quarter pole but had not enough in the drive. SWEN dropped back early, raced four wide from the outside near the quarter pole and needed more in the drive. MANHATTAN BOY settled off the early pace, raced four to five wide around the far turn and had no response. ETENDRE pressed the early leader two deep early on and gave way.
