Footnotes
MOBAY PRINCESS set all the pace along the inside, drifted in a bit through the stretch run and held game under strong pressure. CLASSY LASS rated under a snug hold between rivals, made a good rail bid through the upper lane, in tight near the eighth pole, angled out and finished gamely to the wire. Jockey of Classy Lass claimed objection against Mobay Princess for interference through the stretch run and stewards deemed no change. DITCHED trailed early, made a three to four wide bid in the drive and finished willingly to the wire. EMPRESS ELLIE stalked the pace, hard ridden four wide near the quarter pole and had no final winning bid. TOUR QUEEN was off slowly, prompt the early leader three wide from the outside and faded. JUDGE JUDITH poor start, lost considerable amount of ground at the break, up heels into the first turn, checked, keen inside while having to check again near the five eighths pole and faded in the drive after experiencing a troubled trip.
