FOURTH AND CENTRAL broke alertly and showed good speed from the gate, took command then set a pressured pace two wide into the turn, dueled GOLD PERL to upper stretch, repelled that rival into the final furlong, kicked clear to the final sixteenth and was geared down while in hand in the late stages. WIN N JUICE prominent in the early going, tracked the leading pair from the second flight heading to the turn, swung three then four wide to upper stretch, couldn't make headway on the winner in the final sixteenth but held well in deep stretch for the place. ITZA LOCK settled off of the early pace then caught in tight and jostled a bit in the opening furlong, coaxed three wide to the quarter marker, swung to the five path to upper stretch, closed willingly to the final sixteenth, just missed for the place at the wire and was up in time for the show. GOLD PERL hopped then crowded at the start and off a step slowly, rushed up between rivals in the early going, pressed the pace from the inside heading into the turn, dueled inside of FOURTH AND CENTRAL to upper stretch, was repelled into the final furlong and outfinished for the minor awards. THE KID IS BACK broke out at the start and crowded an outer rival, raced close up to the early pace then took back and saved ground into the turn, angled out nearing the quarter marker and chased the leading pair into upper stretch, lacked a rally into the final furlong and weakened. EPICO settled off of the early pace then was caught in tight between foes and steadied in the opening furlong, saved ground into the turn then kept an inside path to the stretch, checked and lacked room in the final sixteenth and did not rally late. KHOZALITE lost his path at the start and was last away from the gate, trailed into the turn, coaxed along from the two path to upper stretch, lacked room into the final sixteenth and did not mount a late response.
