HANDS OF TIME assumed early command, set a decent pace while well handled to the half-mile marker, met the bid of ACT A FOOL at the quarter marker, turned away that one at mid-stretch then dug in, was fully extended to hold off the runner-up in deep stretch but lasted for the win. RASHID well placed while saving ground, tipped three wide to upper stretch, closed determinedly into the final sixteenth and just missed for the win, while well clear of the rest for the place. ACT A FOOL forwardly placed, tracked the decent pace to the half-mile marker, bid two wide at the quarter pole then battled HANDS OF TIME to upper stretch, repelled at the furlong grounds but kept on and held well late for the show. BROTHER BRAD settled along the inside, kept a ground saving path to the far turn then rallied along the rail to upper stretch, was gaining in the final sixteenth and just missed for the show honors. TITAN settled mid-pack while saving ground, shifted to the two path into the far turn, navigated traffic between rivals to upper stretch then finished evenly in the lane. EDDIE THE GREAT settled mid-pack, coaxed two wide and between foes heading to the half-mile marker, asked three wide to upper stretch, lacked the needed response in the drive and finished evenly. KALIK forwardly placed away from the gate then settled in the second flight, well placed while three wide approaching the second turn, chased three then four wide nearing the top of the lane, lacked a late rally. BAKERS STREET lost his path at the start and was off slowly, settled between rivals, moved out to the three path along the backstretch, swung five wide for the stretch drive and failed to threaten late. ZOZAN settled three wide to the first turn, coaxed four wide to the half-mile marker, trailed into the far turn and did not factor in the stretch drive.
