Footnotes
TERRIMENDOUS settled to the first turn then moved up outside of runners into the backstretch, well placed while four wide at the half-mile marker, went up to confront SERRANIA into the far turn, held at bay by that rival into the stretch, wore down the game runner-up in the final sixteenth and proved best late. SERRANIA broke alertly and took early command, set a decent pace to the half-mile marker, confronted by TERRIMENDOUS nearing the quarter pole, held that rival at bay into the stretch, gamely dug in to the final sixteenth, couldn't hold off the winner in deep stretch and held safely for second. SMART LISA away in good order then took back, settled while saving ground to the backstretch, shifted out into the far turn then roused three wide to upper stretch, closed willingly to the final sixteenth, couldn't reel in the top pair in deep stretch but was clear in the end for the show. SENTA SAYS forwardly placed to the first turn, settled in the second flight into the backstretch, was well placed while between runners approaching the far turn, chased the leading pair into upper stretch, couldn't sustain that bid to the final sixteenth and flattened out. LA REINA DEL FLOW settled outside of runners, improved position at the quarter marker then steered from the three path to upper stretch, needed more in the lane and passed tiring rivals. MEGOWAN STREET well placed while saving ground, tracked the decent pace from the inside heading to the half-mile marker, couldn't find the needed response at the quarter marker, gave way in the stretch. SOLITARY PASSION unhurried early on, trailed to the far turn and did not factor in the stretch drive. THIRTYSEVEN RUBIES close up in the early going, pressed the pace two wide and between rivals into the backstretch, dropped back approaching the far turn then came up empty in the stretch.
