Footnotes
STONE COLD FLEX broke in at the start, allowed to settle then roused five wide to far turn, raced on even terms with MR BRIZEL past mid-stretch and determinedly prevailed. MR BRIZEL squeezed start, allowed to settle, bid four wide to far turn, dueled gamely to the final sixteenth and just missed for the win, while holding safely for second. WILL OF A WARRIOR settled inside, got caught in traffic nearing the quarter, found room into the stretch and fought on to the final sixteenth, could not reel in the leading pair late and was a clear third. SIR ASCOT disputed pace inside, battled to mid-stretch, yielded late. SONG SO SWEET broke out, stalked three wide to far turn, gave way stretch. EASIER SAID hustled, contested pace between two wide, faded stretch.
