ST. OLAF ROSE stalked three to four wide to turn, mounted a sustained rally to the final sixteenth, surged in deep stretch and was up in time. SEA ART settled off of the early pace, navigated traffic to the quarter pole then split foes to upper stretch, vied for the lead to the final sixteenth then gained command in deep stretch, was tagged for the win in the final strides and held for second. SINGING SANDRA set pressured pace, held off foes into the lane then dug in to deep stretch, could not hold off the top pair late and held clearly for third. TIMELY REWARD pressed two to three wide to stretch, battled into the final furlong and yielded late. DEFENDED rated off early pace, chased inside to stretch, weakened. POP ROX took back, swung widest upper stretch, no late response.
